Publication & Fees Information

Due to budget efficiency measures, funding for the journal from the university has been discontinued. Starting in 2026, all accepted articles will incur a publication fee to cover the costs of peer review, DOI activation, and journal operations.High-quality manuscripts or submissions from authors with limited funding may be eligible for a fee waiver.

This fee is applied to ensure a professional publication process and the sustainability of the journal.
