MODEL PENGEMBANGAN USAHA GULA AREN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA MENURUT PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat usaha gula aren di Desa Rappa dan model pengembangan usaha gula aren dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari pemilik usaha gula aren yang diteliti. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat usaha gula aren adalah permodalan, musiman, pembebasan pajak, akses jalan, pemasaran dan perijinan yang fleksibel. Model pengembangan usaha gula aren Rappa Village memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada dan dikelola dengan baik. Pengemasan yang praktis semula hanya menggunakan daun pisang kering dan plastik yang menggunakan label dan logo pada produk gula aren khas Desa Rappa menjadi kemasan dan pemasaran menggunakan media sosial. Facebook dan WhatsApp agar usaha gula aren bubuk khas Desa Rappa bisa menjangkau banyak konsumen.

The purpose of this study is to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of palm sugar business in Rappa Village and the palm sugar business development model in increasing household income according to an Islamic economic perspective.This research is a field research. The approach used in this study is qualitative approach. The type of data in this study is Primary Data, which is data obtained directly from the palm sugar business owner studied. Data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The data collection method in this study was interviews and documentation. Supporting and inhibiting factors for palm sugar business are capital, seasonality, tax exemption, road access, flexible marketing and licensing. Rappa Village's palm sugar business development model utilizes existing natural resources and is well managed. Practical packaging originally only used dried banana leaves and plastic, now switching from use labels and logos on palm sugar products typical of Rappa Village to packaging and marketing using social media. Facebook and WhatsApp so that the palm sugar powder business typical of Rappa Village can reach many consumers.
